Are all OLIR Weaves products handcrafted?

Yes. Our collections celebrate handcrafted textiles and traditional weaving techniques. Slight variations in weave, texture, or color are natural characteristics of authentic handcrafted products.


Will the saree color look exactly the same as shown online?

We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, and individual screen settings.


Do you restock sold-out products?

Selected products may be restocked depending on artisan availability and weaving timelines. For availability updates, please contact our support team.


Can I place bulk or custom orders?

How long does delivery take within India?

Orders within India are generally delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the destination.


Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery timelines may vary between 7–15 business days depending on customs clearance and location.


How can I track my order?

What happens if my order is delayed?

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange a saree?

Returns or exchanges may be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy.


How soon should I report a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging.


Are sale products eligible for returns?

Products purchased during clearance or final sale events may not be eligible for return or exchange.
