Once an order is placed and confirmed, it forms a legally binding agreement between you and OLIR Weaves.Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation
- During sale or festive periods, returns and exchanges are not allowed.
- Products purchased from sale/offer sections are not eligible for exchange.
- We do not support order cancellations or refunds once payment is completed.
- However, products may be eligible for:
- Exchange (subject to approval)
- Store credit for future purchases

Shipping
- We offer free shipping within India on orders above ₹2000.
- International shipping is available at a nominal cost, based on weight and destination.
Please note:
- Shipping charges paid at checkout cover freight only.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import charges must be paid by the customer upon delivery.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders:
- Customers are fully responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- Clearance charges
OLIR Weaves is not responsible for:
- Customs payments
- Delays due to customs
- Return shipping costs if duties are refused
Once shipped internationally, delivery address cannot be changed to India.
Account & User Responsibility
By using our website:
- You confirm that you are legally eligible to make purchases.
- You agree to provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service
- Cancel accounts
- Cancel suspicious orders
Product Color & Description Disclaimer

- Minor variation does not qualify as a defect.
All product descriptions are provided to the best of our accuracy.
Product Characteristics
Our sarees are crafted using traditional fabrics such as:
- Kanchipuram Silk
- Soft Silk
- Cotton & Silk Cotton
- Tussar
- Brocades and blends
Note:
- Visible threads or texture variations are natural characteristics of handloom fabrics.
- These are signs of authenticity, not defects.
All products are sold “as is” without warranties.
Pricing
- All prices are inclusive of GST (for India).
- Prices are displayed in:
- INR (India)
- USD (International customers)
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- However, once an order is placed, the price remains fixed.
Note:
Prices may differ between:
- Website
- Physical store (if applicable)
Product Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- OLIR Weaves specializes in limited edition and exclusive designs.
- Some products:
- May not be restocked
- May be available for custom recreation (on request)
We reserve the right to cancel orders and refund if stock is unavailable.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is not available for orders above ₹8,000.
- Available only in select Indian locations.
COD orders require:
- Confirmation via phone call before dispatch
Failure to accept COD orders may result in:
- Permanent COD restriction for the customer.
Fraudulent Transactions
- Customers must use valid payment methods owned by them.
- OLIR Weaves does not store card details.
- Payments are processed via secure gateways.
We are not liable for:
- Payment fraud due to user negligence
Express Shipping
- Available for select Indian pin codes
- Orders may be delivered next business day
Note:
- Customized products (blouse stitching, fall & pico) will be shipped after completion.
